Editorial Policy
This page explains the standards we hold our content to. It applies to every brand write-up, guide, and comparison published on SweepBonus Guide.
Sourcing and accuracy
We base every bonus figure, game count, and restriction listed on this site on publicly available information — each brand's own site, terms, and FAQ pages, and other public sources. We do not fabricate bonus amounts, licensing claims, testing results, or personal experiences. Where we could not confirm a figure with confidence, we say so directly rather than presenting a guess as fact.
Independence from advertisers
Some links on this site are marketing links, and we may earn a commission when you sign up through them, as explained in our disclaimer. That relationship does not determine which brands we cover or how they're ranked. Our ranking criteria are published in full on our how we rate page and apply the same way to every brand, whether or not we have a marketing relationship with it.
Freshness and updates
Sweepstakes casino bonuses, promo codes, and state availability change frequently. We periodically re-verify published information and update pages when we find something has changed. Each page displays a last-updated date so you can judge how current the information is.
Corrections
If something on this site is inaccurate or out of date, we want to fix it. Reach out through our contact page with details, and once we've verified the correction, we'll update the relevant page.
What we avoid
We don't publish fabricated testimonials, invented licensing or legal claims, or first-hand testing claims we haven't actually performed. We don't present promotional bonus figures as guaranteed or permanent, since brands can change them at any time. And we clearly separate factual claims (what a brand's terms say) from our own editorial judgment (how we rank or describe a brand).
